Due to the ongoing postal strike, we encourage customers to use alternative payment methods instead of mailing and to anticipate significant delays in regular mail deliveries, including monthly utility bills.

All payments for accounts are due by December 20th, 2024, to avoid penalties.

Online
The District of Summerland offers you the convenience of managing your accounts online. Why not sign up to receive and pay your bills online? To sign up for e-billing, please visit the Utility Billing page on the District’s website or click directly onto the Online Services.

In-person
You can come to pick up your November Utility Bill and pay it directly (cash, cheque or debit) at the Municipal Hall at 13211 Henry Ave, Summerland, from Tuesday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. (📥 After-hour drop box is available).

Other payments options available:

• Pre-authorized payments. Never miss the due date!
• Online/telephone banking or in person at most financial institutions (allow 3-5 business days to ensure your payment is received by the due date).
