Paying Your Bill

You can pay your bill by pre-authorized debit, online banking, mail, in person, credit card, or after-hours drop box.

Pre-Authorized Payments - Set up monthly automatic withdrawals by completing the Pre-Authorization Form. Changes or cancellations can be made by email utilities@summerland.ca or in person at Municipal Hall.
Online or Telephone Banking – Log in to your online or telephone banking and search for Summerland. From the list of payees, select Corp./District of Summerland – Utilities (the wording may vary by financial institution). Add it as a payee and use your 13 digit utility account number when making payments. If you require assistance, please contact your financial institution.
By Mail - Send cheque or money order to:

Please allow enough time for mail delivery before the due date.
In Person - Pay at Municipal Hall, 13211 Henry Avenue, Summerland.
Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
Accepted methods: cash, cheque, Interac and credit card (fees apply).
By Credit Card - Pay online through OptionPay (fees apply). Click here to PAY BY CREDIT CARD
After-Hours Drop Box - Use the secure drop box at the front of Municipal Hall. Please only deposit cheques or money orders (no cash).
