At Tuesday's Council meeting, the
Rotary Club of Summerland proudly presented a cheque for $200,000 to the District of Summerland. These funds represent contributions for enhancements to the newly reconstructed Summerland Pier at Gordon Beggs Rotary Beach.
The District of Summerland extends heartfelt thanks to the Rotary Club for their leadership and
dedication and to everyone in our community who contributed to making this dream a reality.

Proposed additional features for the pier will be reviewed at the December 17 Council Meeting. Once plans are finalised, they will be submitted to the Province for review and approval.
