Consider online E-bills and payments during the postal strike

The District of Summerland is urging residents and property owners to consider receiving their monthly utility bills electronically as well as making online payments due to possible service disruptions during the postal strike.

To sign up for e-billing, please visit the Utility Billing page on the District’s website: https://www.summerland.ca/city-services/utility-billing or click directly onto the Online Services: https://online.summerland.ca/vadimopen/.

Drop off at Municipal Hall at 13211 Henry Ave, Summerland, from Tuesday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. (📥 After-hour drop box is available).
Invoices were sent by mail on November 7th, but some residents may not have received them.
All payments for accounts are due by November 27th, 2024, to avoid penalties.
