Interested in Changing your Cart Size(s)?
If a different size of cart would better suit your household needs, you can make changes.
Important
Any changes requested will be automatically charged an administration fee of $30.00 on your utility account. New home owners and tenants are exempt from the one time administration fee during move in.
Please note changes to cart sizes can only be authorized by the registered property owner. Also note that some changes to cart sizes are subject to fees. please consult the most recent Fees and Charges Bylaw for pricing.
To Request a Change to Your Carts:
1. Complete the Cart Change-Out Request form (197KB) pdf. Please ensure your form is signed.
2. Please submit completed form via email to utilities@summerland.ca, or drop it off
at Municipal Hall, 13211 Henry Avenue, or mail to:

3. Your requested cart(s) may take up to four weeks to be delivered. The Contractor
will exchange carts, please ensure your carts are visible from the road.
