Community Climate Action Advisory Committee

The Community Climate Action Advisory Committee’s mandate is to provide, through staff, a local perspective and advice to Council with respect to achieving the District’s community-wide greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets and accompanying objectives related to Climate Action, as identified in the Official Community Plan.

The Committee will be made up of five citizen representatives, one Council member, and the Sustainability/Alternative Energy Coordinator. Applications are being accepted now for the 2017-18 term, and should be dropped off at Municipal Hall or emailed to the address below.

Meetings will be held at Municipal Hall, and will be open to the public. Agendas will be posted here as they are created.
